A very interesting promotional performance that Mark Knopfler did
to promote his new album Down the road wherever. It was recorded for
radio, but two tracks
were also filmed by the BBC. Mark brought Guy
Fletcher (piano), Robbie McIntosh (guitar) and Danny Cummings (percussion) with
him to play a couple tracks live in the piano room. The first song is a
wonderful stripped down version of Romeo and Juliet, followed by another
stripped down version of the first single Good on you son. Perfect
picture and sound quality. Total playing time is about 8
minutes. |
